- All players must have significant, but not necessarily “equal” playing time over the season
- All players should be viewed as potential standouts in the game

16U Junior Varsity
Ages 15-16 by September 1st

- Will be seek to be as competitive as possible
- Development of player skills
- Knowledge of the game
